Exiger’s James Swenson to Join Industry Debate on Due Diligence Standards in Citizenship & Residency by Investment

Wednesday, November 6, 2019

The Citizenship by Investment (CBI) and Residency by Investment (RBI) industries continue to grow around the world.

Alongside this growth has been a parallel debate about the level of due diligence that government programmes, approved agents and other market participants should undertake on would-be applicants.

James Swenson will share his expertise on the matter at Henley & Partner’s 13th Global Citizenship Conference in London.

He will join a panel on ‘Setting the Bar for the EU Institutions and the OECD: Refining Worldwide Due Diligence Standards’ – alongside the chief executive of the Investment Migration Council and other due diligence experts.

More information about the conference can be found here.
