Rachel Nyitray is a Senior Associate, People & Talent, Silver Spring based in Exiger’s Silver Spring, Maryland, office, where she focuses on college outreach and recruitment.
Ms. Nyitray joined Exiger from Georgetown University. While there, she worked as both an Assistant Director for Student Engagement and Class Programs, and a Programs Coordinator in the Office of Advancement. In these positions, she focused on class programs, reunion campaigns, volunteerism, and student philanthropy for the school’s students and alumni.
Prior to Georgetown, she was a Program Support Officer at the U.S. State Department’s Office of the U.S. AIDS Coordinator. In this role, she advised government country teams in Latin America and the Caribbean on fostering improved relations for the Global Fund and UNAIDs.
Ms. Nyitray earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Regional and Comparative Studies, with a focus on Africa, from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service. She is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources Management from Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies.
