Senior Associate, Learning & Talent Development

Maxine Swick is a Senior Assocate, Learning & Talent Development based in Exiger’s New York office.

Maxine joined Exiger as a People & Talent Coordinator where she primarily focused on recruiting and onboarding during the large growth period Exiger experienced. Now as a Senior Associate on the People & Talent team, Maxine focuses on the full employment life cycle for Advisory and Global Shared Services Professionals globally.

Prior to this, Maxine joined Exiger from Stanley Black & Decker, Global Tools & Storage, where she was a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, she conducted full-cycle onboarding for new hires including touch points to ensure success within the organization. She also planned and coordinated recruitment strategies and resume screenings, as well as oversaw the company’s internship program. Maxine was certified as a Sherpa Coach of DiSC training to conduct communication, team effectiveness, and team leader assimilation trainings.
