Maxine Swick

Maxine Swick is the Director of Global Talent Management based in Exiger’s New York office.

Experience

Since joining Exiger in 2015, Maxine was primarily focused on developing processes and procedures for Exiger’s Talent & Culture team during the large growth period Exiger experienced. Now as Director, Global Talent Management, Maxine focuses on the talent management portion of the employment life cycle for Exiger’s global professionals. This includes managing Exiger’s Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Learning & Development programs. In addition, she is the Executive HR Business Partner for Exiger’s Product, Business Development & Sales, Global Shared Services, and Corporate teams.

 

Maxine received her Masters degree from the University of New Haven in Industrial/Organizational Psychology which is the study of employees in the workplace. Maxine was certified as a Sherpa Coach of DiSC training to conduct communication, team effectiveness, and team leader assimilation trainings.
