David Kubersky

Chief Revenue Officer

David Kubersky is Exiger’s Chief Revenue Officer, based in our New York office. He is responsible for global business development efforts as well as building and executing the firm’s sales program. David leads Exiger’s effort to accelerate growth and gain market traction around the company’s global advisory, technology, diligence, and government services businesses.  

David has more than 20 years of experience in revenue leadership roles, spanning entrepenurial, private equity, and venture capital backed firms, as well as public corporations of various sizes and stages of maturity. In addition to his deep experience in business development leadership, he has proven success in sales management, account management, digital marketing, sales force optimization, and client success. 

Before joining Exiger, David served as Head of Sales at Broadridge, a global FinTech firm. In this role, David served in the company’s recently-developed Asset Management division, supporting the needs of all client segments from large complex multi-channel managers to start-up hedge funds. Prior to Broadridge, he was a Principal at SixPoints Venture Concepts, a boutique advisory firm helping growth companies accelerate go-to-market success. A co-founder of SixPoints, David’s primary focus was on go-to-market strategies and tactical implementation. In this role, David worked to fulfill the interim executive needs of technology and services companies, leveraging strong operational, revenue, and strategic knowledge. 

David also served as the Chief Revenue Officer/Chief Operating Officer at Code Street, a software company that provides SaaS solutions to the global financial services industry. In this role, he initiated a robust marketing program and realigned much of the company’s client-facing strategic direction. From 2008 to 2014, David was the Executive Vice President/Managing Director at SimCorp North America, where he architected the global organization’s westward expansion strategy. Across all previous roles, David has grown the organizations’ client base, overall revenue, and brand awareness – often through transitions in commercial strategy.   

From 2004 to 2008, David worked for Ness Technology, a global IT services provider. David began at Ness as a Vice President of Business Development, and was later promoted to Senior Vice President (SVP) and General Manager. As SVP, David oversaw the company’s US sales, marketing, business development, finance, human resources, delivery, and practice management. He stabilized the business during a leadership transition and then continued a growth course for the North American operation, including mergers, acquisitions, and ultimately its public offering. 

In addition to his primary roles, David also serves as a mentor for Bank Innovation INV, a global FinTech Accelerator.
