Dayne Baird sits on Exiger’s Board of Directors and is a Managing Director with U.S. Buyout at The Carlyle Group, where he’s focused on buyouts, privatizations and strategic minority investments. Baird leads the firm’s efforts in the government services sector and sits on the boards of Acentra Health, ManTech and Two Six Technologies. Since joining The Carlyle Group in 2003, Baird has been actively involved in several investments, including ARINC Incorporated, Booz Allen Hamilton, Landmark Aviation, ManTech, Novetta and Wesco Aircraft Holdings. Previously, he worked in the M&A and global industrial groups of Lehman Brothers, where he focused on transactions in the industrial, aerospace, and defense sector
