Fake Fashion: A Human Rights Scandal

Forced labour persists because the systems designed to stop it remain fragmented. This whitepaper introduces the Global Data Partnership Against Forced Labour, a multistakeholder initiative using federated data infrastructure and agentic AI to enable privacy-preserving collaboration across governments, businesses, and civil society. Drawing on a proof of concept in Thailand, it demonstrates how connected data can surface hidden risk patterns and create a scalable path to preventing forced labour in global supply chains.
