Exiger Wins Customer Excellence Award at Data Innovation Awards by Hakkoda, an IBM Company

WASHINGTON, DC. JUNE 3, 2025 – Exiger, the market-leading supply chain AI company and largest supply chain technology provider to the U.S. Government, announced today that it has been awarded the Customer Excellence award by Hakkoda, an IBM Company, in the annual Data Innovation Awards presented during Snowflake Summit.

Hakkoda’s Data Innovation Awards recognize companies for groundbreaking use of data to fuel compelling applications, and exceptional creativity in expanding the art of the possible with Snowflake technology. The Customer Excellence award celebrates organizations that have created a more meaningful, personalized, and improved customer experience for those they serve. Exiger partnered with Hakkoda on a highly coordinated multi-phase migration of its Supply Chain Explorer (SCE) data to the Exiger Federal Cloud, bringing critical intelligence capabilities into a secure, scalable Snowflake environment. The configuration of AWS GovCloud services, and seamless integration of IAM, S3, and Snowflake storage/notification workflows to meet federal compliance requirements, enables a stronger, more responsive customer experience across Exiger’s mission-critical platforms.

“Exiger exemplifies visionary commitment in optimizing the use of data to accelerate modernization, improve operational efficiency, and create memorable customer experiences,” said Erik Duffield, CEO at Hakkoda. “We are proud to celebrate such pioneers for embracing the future, building value out of their data stacks, and showcasing new capabilities in the Snowflake AI Data Cloud at the forefront of innovation.”
