Charles Rossotti has served as a Senior Advisor to The Carlyle Group for over two decades and currently sits on Exiger’s Board of Directors. Rossotti serves as a Board Director for Booz Allen and Abrigo. He formerly served as a Director on the Boards of Bank of America, Unison, Coalfire, Novetta, ECi Software Solutions, and AES Corporation. From 1997 to 2022, he served as the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service. Rossotti co-founded American Management Systems, Inc., an international business and IT consulting firm; he held senior roles throughout his tenure, including President, CEO and Chairman of the Board. Rossotti received the Distinguished Civilian Service Medal from the Department of Defense and the Alexander Hamilton Medal from the Treasury Department.
