Sophia MacDonald is Exiger’s Chief Human Resources Officer, where she leads the company’s global People strategy and is focused on building the organization, talent, culture, and HR capabilities required to power a fast-moving, high-growth organization. She partners closely with leaders and teams across Exiger to strengthen organizational design and effectiveness, workforce strategy, leadership capability, employee engagement, and a high-performance, high-accountability culture. She is also leading the continued evolution of Exiger’s People function through scalable processes, technology, AI, and analytics designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent across its global workforce.

With more than 20 years of experience helping high-growth technology companies scale through organizational transformation, international expansion, M&A, and major business transitions, Sophia brings a strong track record of building talent strategies and operating models aligned to changing business needs. Prior to Exiger, she held senior People leadership roles at Xometry and Cvent, helping both companies scale rapidly and navigate significant growth milestones. She holds a BS from the University of Maryland and an MS from Johns Hopkins University.
