Derik Riesche is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Learning & Development at Exiger, where he leads the important task of designing and implementing the organization’s training programs and also executes strategies that equip Exiger professionals with the knowledge and confidence necessary to execute a client’s mission. Derik has been at Exiger for nearly a decade, previously working in the financial crime compliance practice advising clients on how to enhance their anti-money laundering and sanctions financial crime risk control frameworks. Before Exiger, he worked as a Financial Crime Compliance Investigator and Regional Head of Financial Crime Compliance Training at UBS.
