Brandon Daniels was quoted on a front page article of The Wall Street Journal evaluating how big banks strategically mointor company culture amidst increased attention from regulators.
Daniels stated, “informal happy hours led more often to harassment issues than those planned as corporate events.” Daniels also mentioned, “there was a 75% greater chance of employees going around internal controls when the word “workaround” was used in their communications.”
