What is your biggest motivator when it comes to your job performance?

The biggest motivator for me is knowing that the work I put in or contribute to has a huge impact on our clients’ businesses. This pushes me to ensure, in whatever role I’m in, that I contribute in the integrity of the research/QA process and in the content of the reports that I research, review and/or submit to the clients. This also motivates me to help others that I work with by providing support, feedback, guidance, and/or mentorship.

What have you been working on during your time at Exiger? Who have you met and what have you learned?

I joined Exiger as a research associate in September 2018. Since then, I’ve worked on various research products and have prepared reports for various clients, including those in the immigration and financial industry space. Currently, I am part of the ICV client success team that handles client engagement duties such as handling client feedback and requests; review outgoing reports to ensure their quality prior to delivery to the clients; and provide support to the research and QA team through feedback and suggestions. Along the way I have met and worked with colleagues from different office locations from whom I’ve learned various cultures, skills, and life hacks.

What has inspired you? And what excites you moving forward?

As a researcher, I’ve always been inspired in uncovering important information about our research subjects and putting these findings in reports that help our clients in their decision-making. In the role I’m currently in, what excites me is having more direct interactions with the clients, learning from my colleagues who have different cultural knowledge, skills, and experience, and having the opportunity to be a driver in building their confidence in Exiger.

My biggest motivator is the opportunity to help other Exiger members grow and develop within the company. Interacting and seeing them learn and become better at what they do, day by day, propels me forward.

What have you been working on during your time at Exiger? Who have you met and what have you learned?

At Exiger, I have been a researcher, content reviewer, trainer, team leader and jurisdiction expert. I was lucky enough to meet very experienced people, from content reviewers to directors, from whom I have learned a lot. Even though some of them are not a part of the team anymore, I will always be grateful! The most important thing that they taught me is that people work and perform best when their needs and values are respected.

What has inspired you? And what excites you moving forward?

Ever since I started working for Exiger, I have been inspired by the fact that every employee can make their voice heard! Currently, I am excited by the multiple changes and updates to our deliverables, and I have set my goals to make sure we meet the highest standards for our products.
