Scope: The acquisition of Software-as-a-Service for deployable due diligence/illumination subscriptions for cyber-hygiene, supply chain, foreign ownership, control, and influence (FOCI) vendor vetting and affiliated entity as well as personnel vetting to continuously and dynamically inform supplier health. This requirement will allow the DoD and non-DoD agencies to holistically screen and vet vendors and underlying supplier networks/affiliated personnel to ensure suppliers are reputable, in good-standing, financially and operationally secure, and will not introduce unacceptable risk to the Government. Additionally, this acquisition will support labor requirements specific to the DDIQ platform development requirements for tenant organizations and analyst support to SCRM strategies and implementation.
The SEWP vehicle is the largest GWAC (Government Wide Acquisition Contract) for IT Products and Services. The SEWP V contract is for use by all Federal Agencies and their authorized Federal Agency Contractors. Authorized contractors can buy directly from the SEWP V contract in support of other Federal Government Contracts.
Exiger SCRM and TPRM tools and services are available through several authorized resellers across the SEWP Groups including the SDVOSB and Small Business pools.Â
For approval, the requesting Federal Agency Contracting Officer (CO) should send a letter to the SEWP V program Management Office with the following information:
- Authorizing Agency Name, Contracting Officer (CO) Name, Mailing Address, Phone/FAX number
- Contractor Name and Contract Number including Period of Performance
- A statement that the contractor is authorized to purchase from SEWP contracts in support of the above contract.
- The CO's signature and Date signed
SEWP Delivery Orders (DOs) must be routed to the NASA SEWP Program Office using the official SEWP cover sheet.
Order Surcharge: SEWP has a 0.34% surcharge.
