Our team is excited to hear that University of Cincinnati named former Exiger employee Maris Herold as its new police chief this Wednesday. She is the first woman who will serve in the position in university history. Read the Cincinnati Enquirer article regarding Herold’s new role here. Herold has been serving as the interim police chief since November when Anthony Carter resigned from the position after Exiger released a report that provides an in-depth asessment of the unviersity’s campus police department (UCPD), which also helped identified that Carter had behaved with alleged misconduct. Read the full report here.
