In honor of International Women’s Day, Exiger WINs led interactive sessions around the world committed to this year’s call to action: accelerating gender parity. In New York, senior leadership and employees explored different frameworks of professional relationships, including how varying models of mentorship/sponsorship can offer a path towards gender parity. In London, #PressforProgress inspired a similarly dynamic conversation around employees’ commitments to gender equality in the workplace.
