The Wall Street Journal broke the news of Exiger’s latest addition.
The Journal reported earlier today: “George ‘Ren’ McEachern, a supervisory special agent in the Washington, D.C. field office for the FBI’s international corruption unit, will leave government at the end of the year, the FBI confirmed. He starts at Exiger, as a managing director in the firm’s global investigations practice, in January.
McEachern will focus on helping multinational corporations and financial institutions manage FCPA risk, drawing on his deep experience with FCPA, international money laundering, kleptocracy and antitrust investigations with the FBI.
