Jennifer Nestor is Senior Vice President of Defense Industrial Base Programs for Exiger Government Solutions, where she leads her team in driving innovation, sharing best practices, and creating enhanced supply chain management and risk management program solutions utilizing cutting-edge AI solutions to meet the dynamic demands across the defense industrial base critical infrastructure sector. Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience across the defense and intelligence communities. During her time on a counterterrorism task force, she worked in partnership with the U.S. Government and DIB to produce tactical, operational, and strategic analysis for policymakers and decision makers in support of counterterrorism while simultaneously breaking down barriers between national-level and theater-level intelligence in support of warfighting units. Prior to Exiger, Jennifer served overseeing large DIB Ethics and Compliance Programs, she managed supplier and third party risk vetting and risk management, and she led a 24/7 Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Operations team overseeing FMV analysis, tradecraft development, and targeting. Jennifer’s military service in the U.S. Air Force as a Special Agent contributed to national security and law enforcement efforts to disrupt and prosecute criminal and fraud threats and crimes and adversarial intelligence efforts.
