Rachel Lieblich is Vice President of Talent & Culture at Exiger, where she’s dedicated to ensuring that Exiger is a welcoming, supportive environment that sets professionals up to succeed. She works closely with Talent & Culture co-lead Ana Moreira, and is responsible for Exiger’s employee engagement, performance, culture and experience. Rachel has been at Exiger for more than seven years, prior to which she served as the Assistant Director for Student Engagement at Georgetown University and Program Support Officer in the Department of State’s Office of the Global AIDS Coordinator.
