Arjun Mehta sits on Exiger’s Board of Directors and is a Principal at Insight Partners, where he’s focused on majority investments in both high-growth and mature software businesses. Mehta leads sourcing initiatives, conducts operational and market due diligence, and works closely with portfolio company management teams to support post-close goals, with a specialization in M&A roll-ups. Previously, he spent nine years leading technology investments at Bregal Sagemount, where he was instrumental in the platform’s growth and named one of Mergers and Acquisitions’ Rising Stars of Private Equity. Mehta’s vertical investment experience includes payments, e-commerce, compliance, supply chain, procurement, and real estate software. He also worked as an analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group at Credit Suisse and served as CEO of GUASFCU, a $15 million AUM credit union in Washington, D.C.
