Clinton West is the Senior Director of Advanced Systems at Exiger, where he leads the integration of advanced technologies and AI to build secure, resilient supply chains. As a retired Central Intelligence Agency officer and U.S. Navy veteran with over 25 years of experience, Clinton has supported national security, defense, and intelligence operations in both military and senior civilian roles. He previously served as Director of Supply Chain Risk at the CIA and held operational leadership positions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Clinton has advised senior leaders at the Department of Defense, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and Congress on intelligence operations, contested logistics, and global risk management. He holds multiple advanced degrees, including his most recent from the U.S. Naval War College.
