David Payne

Head of Client Success

David is Head of Client Success and is based in Exiger's London office.

David joined Exiger from OutsideIQ, where he was the Client Success & Engagement Manager, EMEA. In this role, he focused on client engagement, ensuring DDIQ delivered to the objectives and goals of clients. He also acted as an engagement manager for the various OutsideIQ partnerships and commercial relationships.

Before this, David was an Education Account Manager at Joskos Solutions. While there, he was responsible for key accounts and ensuring the growth of his client base was managed and met with internal growth goals.

David has also worked at Blackbaud, the market leading supplier of not-for-profit solutions. There, he focused on ensuring his clients’ use of their CRM and digital channels were meeting growth and requirement goals. 

Earlier, he worked in a Senior Customer Relationship role for E.ON Energy, one of the market leading energy suppliers.
