Jillian James is the EMEA Implementation Lead based in Exiger's London office focused on the delivery of Exiger’s technology solution, Insight 3PM.
She began her career at Exiger in Business Development Operations, where she helped launch policies and procedures, and assisted in the strategic development of Exiger’s various business lines in both New York and London. Her projects included but were not limited to developing processes for revenue tracking, pipeline monitoring, and internal operations.
Prior to joining Exiger, Jillian served as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer, the Peace Corps’ domestic program. While with the AmeriCorps, she specialized in policy research at The Conservation Alabama Foundation, participated in the state environmental department’s regular meetings, improved the organization’s social media presence, and worked closely with the YWCA to address overlapping environmental and economic hardships in the area.
Jillian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Environmental Science from Birmingham-Southern College, with a concentration in Society & Policy, and a minor in Psychology. She earned a Masters of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy (MPA-ESP) from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) in New York City.
