Kevin Kelly is an investigator based in Exiger’s New York office. He has spent over two decades in the public sector rooting out corruption, fraud and other criminal activity.
Kevin joined Exiger from the Office of the Inspector General within the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA), where he was an investigator working to eliminate waste, fraud, and corruption within the City’s construction industry. In this role, he focused on composing detailed reports and substantiating testimony for field, cyber, and digital investigations.
Prior to this, Kevin spent two decades with the New York City police department. Most recently, he was a detective within the intelligence division – special services unit focused on terrorist activity. In this position, he developed and promulgated tactical plans to infiltrate subversive groups. Earlier, he was a Detective within the narcotics division, investigating buyers and sellers and managing a significant caseload for prosecution purposes. He began as an officer in the 44th precinct working both uniform and plain clothes anti-crime patrol.
