Steven Beede is Exiger’s General Counsel, where he manages all legal matters, provides legal advice and guidance, and ensures regulatory and legal compliance. Steven brings extensive experience in M&A, corporate and securities law, working in-house and in private practice. In addition to his private practice experience, Steven served as Corporate and Securities Law Counsel at Take-Two Interactive Software and Associate General Counsel at Centerline Capital Group. He was also an Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP.
