Matt Halvorsen is the Vice President of Civilian Programs, where he is dedicated to reducing risk to key US supply chains.  In his current role Matt oversees a team committed to supporting a diverse group of US civilian agencies as progress along the supply chain risk management maturity scale.

Prior to joining Exiger, Matt was an FBI Supervisory Special Agent where he retired from in 2022.  For his last assignment in the federal government, he served as the Strategic Program Manager of the Supply Chain & Cyber Directorate, National Counterintelligence & Security Center, Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
