Morgan Rusk is a Business Development Associate based in Exiger’s New York office.
At Exiger, Morgan supports business development efforts across the firm’s various product and service areas. She assists the sales team in pursuing and developing new client relationships, and tracks and analyzes revenue projections and performance.
Morgan joined Exiger from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where she served as a Student Consultant for the New York City Center for Innovation through Data Intelligence. There, she worked to create a social services database to improve community-based juvenile justice programming. Prior to this, she served as a Summer Intern for New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development Build it Back Unit, where she assisted with organization and compliance for intergovernmental hurricane recovery programs.
Morgan began her career as an AmeriCorps VISTA Member at Connecticut Veterans Legal Center. In this role, she edited grant proposals to outside agencies and foundations, worked to screen and connect new clients with attorneys, and implemented policy reforms for the Board of Directors.
